MKC’s creative convergence of project and construction management workshop brings together these two complicated topics into easy to understand series module! This six-part workshop defines the five elements of project management and how it intersects with construction management to ensure that projects are progressing, and schedules are met! Sessions are held once a week for 6 weeks. You must attend all six sessions to receive Certificate of Completion from MKC!
