Lynn also offers her knowledge and experience in working with government agencies – through procurement and policy development, both domestically and internationally. She has advanced degrees in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing and holds various professional certifications. Lynn currently holds three patent-pending in information management systems and processes.

Tamar leads the Business Processes division, bringing her years of customer service, sales and project management experience to drive marketing and planning initiatives to completion. Tamar has assisted 100+ C-level evecutives with their strategic + marketing plans and facilitated execution in support of these initiatives. She is well experience in overcoming knowledge barriers and cultural communication gaps to reinforce content understanding to ensure knowledge is achieve through personalized learning. Tamar will be instrumental in supporting the research efforts to learn the the innerworkings of government processes, developing the materials, managing project schedules, and coordinating all training efforts for MKC's program offerings.
